This policy describes how we handle information when you play Kristal Bubble (the “App”) on your device.
1. What this policy covers
The App is a mobile game built with Unity. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you use the App. It does not cover third-party websites or services we do not control.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Analytics (Firebase / Google)
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used—for example, installs, sessions, general usage patterns, device and system information, and approximate location derived from network information (such as for regional reporting). We also log in-app events we define (for example, time spent in different parts of the game) to improve the experience.

2.2 Information you provide
If you contact us (for example by email), we receive whatever you send (such as your email address and message content) to respond to you.
2.3 We do not use this policy to describe features we have not enabled in the App (for example, we do not operate in-app advertising or in-app purchases in the version of the App described here, unless we state otherwise in the store or in an update).
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Operate and improve the App
- Understand usage and performance (analytics)
- Communicate with you when you contact us
- Comply with law and protect our rights where necessary
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on where you live, we may rely on legitimate interests (running and improving the game, analytics) and/or consent where required (for example, for certain analytics or tracking settings on your device). You may have additional rights under local law.
5. Sharing and service providers
We share data with service providers who help us run the App. The main provider for analytics is Google (Firebase). They process data on our behalf according to their terms and our configuration. We may also share information if required by law or to protect Reka Studios, our users, or the public.
6. International transfers
Our partners (including Google) may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards described in their policies and applicable law.
7. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Analytics data may be retained according to Firebase / Google settings and our project configuration.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email above. We may need to verify your request.
10. Children
The App is not directed at children under the minimum age required in your region. If you believe we have collected information from a child inappropriately, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes may mean you accept the updated policy, where permitted by law.
12. Unity
